The ground floor features a two vehicle carport leading into an elegant tiled hallway, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with a bathroom which has a full sized vanity separate from the shower/tub. The bathroom is shared by a small bedroom which has two bunk beds, flat screen tv, and dvd for the kids. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a spacious shower and washer/dryer combo. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a flat screen tv, and the third has two twin beds and a tv. On the ground floor there is also a small refrigerator and microwave with a breakfast nook for those early risers who don't want to go upstairs for a full meal, as well as a second dryer for towels and bathing suits.
